Online Fundraising

Thank you for considering to fundraise for Bears Of Hope through our Cuddle Cot Campaign. It is a beautiful legacy of love for your baby and a special gift for other bereaved families to allow them more time with their baby.

The $6500 that you are fundraising for includes the cooling unit, the new schnuggle basket and base, linen and plaques, embroidery of linen, engraving of plaques, freight, administration charges with any remaining funds put towards other objectives of Bears Of Hope.

The new baskets have been specially molded to accommodate the cooling pad and hose and provide hospitals and funeral homes with an easy to clean basket, thereby reducing any infection control concerns.

Please read the Terms and Conditions for your Cuddle cot fundraiser before you start.

Once you create your fundraising page, we encourage you to personalise your page with your own description and photo, before emailing out to your contacts.

The expiry date of your fundraising page can be extended at any point. Please advise us if you change your expiry date from when you first created your fundraising page.

What happens when I reach my fundraising goal?

Once you reach your goal, please email to begin the donation process.

1.You will need to email us the precious baby's name and date of birth/date of passing details for the embroidery and engraving. This process can take up to 2 weeks.

2. Whilst this is occuring, you can make contact with your placement of choice or send us some options and we can do this on your behalf. We may also be able to advise of placement options on our waiting list.

3. Once the placement is confirmed, we can courier the cuddle cot directly to the service. Alternatively, if you would like to personally present it, we can arrange to have the cuddle cot couriered to your address. There is some assembly required - directions are provided. We are unable to cover your personal travel costs.

4. If you will be personally presenting it, you can make it as intimate or as official as you wish in collaboration with the relevant staff. You may like to have the local newspaper involved, family and friends attend for support.

5. We would love to see some photos of the presentation. Feel free to share with us and we can also put on our facebook page if you wish.

Please don't hesitate to contact us via if you have any questions.
