Cuddles from Michael
Cuddles from Michael
Story
Michael Richard was born on September 1st 2020 at 20+5 weeks gestation. He lived for the briefest of moments before he died in his mother's hands.
When we arrived at the hospital, we were given a cuddle cot that allowed us to preserve Michael's physical form, allowing us to keep him with us for the next few days. Those days we got to share with Michael are treasured. Without the cuddle cot, we wouldn't have had that time in the same way we did.
It breaks our hearts knowing that not everyone has the access to a cuddle cot when their baby dies. To celebrate and honour Michael, we want to increase the cuddle cot availability by at least 1!
One cuddle cot is $6500. Michael's legacy will help another family in their darkest hours. Please help our boy leave his mark on this work and donate to his cause.
Love Sarah, Robert, and Michael.
